Membership Requirements
Membership in CPHOA is voluntary with a suggested annual donation of $25 for individual and $50 for household. Any and all College Park residents are encouraged to join our email list and attend CPHOA meetings to learn more about the organization and offer input as we move forward.

Since the quarterly format for newsletters has been introduced, we are trying to make more use of email and our website to bring information to the residents. You are not required to be a dues paying member of the CPHOA to join the email list. If you are not already on the email list and would like to sign up, please use the following directions:
